So, I always have to have a case with a battery charger. Some may complain about the weight, but since I'm used to this it doesn't bother me. I will say that this case and battery seem to be slimmer and lighter than some others that I've had.Pros-1) the biggest is that the charging port really bites down on the charging cable - many that I've had seem to wiggle around in there and very quickly you're having to hold the charging cable at just the right angle to get it to actually charge. This one does not do that so that's why I like this model2) it uses iPhone charging cable so no need to have a different charger for your case.3) It will charge my phone from complete dead to full charge and still have a bit of juice left over.4) It will charge the case and phone at the same time.5) The case is not slick - therefore does not slide off of surfaces as easily as some other models out there.6) the phone fits really snug on there and doesn't come off if you drop the phone (some earlier models I used would break off if I dropped the phone).Cons1) The case only lasts about 3 months. After that the case will no longer accept a charge. I'm not sure if that's the port going bad or the battery giving out. I use my case DAILY. And put it on the charger every night. But honestly, almost all the battery cases only last this long. The only one I had that lasted longer was a Mophie and it cost 3x as much, so you are paying about the same.2) sometimes the corner will slip off the phone - the phone itself stays firmly in the case, but the corner is exposed and if you dropped it when it was like this, you could break your corner.But with this all said and done, I would (and have) buy this case again (I'm on my 3rd case).
